Abstract Publication
Ohio Revised Code 1711.05 requires that each agricultural society publish an announcement in either a newspaper or general circulation in the county or on the society’s website for not less than two weeks that contain all of the following:
- A statement indicating the the annual financial report has been filed in accordance with division (B) of the ORC 1711.05:
- A statement indicating that any person who wishes to obtain the copy of the report may contact the Treasurer of the society; and
- The treasurer of the society’s contact information that a person may use to obtain a copy of the report.

🔨 Final Race Auction
After each of the first nine races, we’ll live-auction one horse that will compete in the 10th and final race.
If your auctioned horse wins the last race, you’ll take home half the total pot from all final-race horse sales!
