The Richard "Buzz" Sampson Livestock Pavilion is really starting to take shape! The building is officially off the ground, and the roof is now on.
Progress is happening every day as we count down to the Richwood Independent Fair.
Before long, we'll be welcoming our exhibitors, their families, and fairgoers into this beautiful new show arena for the very first time.

Each year, the Commissioners, in partnership with the Union County Convention & Visitors Bureau, allocate funding to help support the Richwood Independent Fair. Their continued investment in our fair and community has made a lasting impact.
We have also been fortunate to partner with them on Capital Matching Grants that have helped us make significant improvements to our fairgrounds over the years. Their support has played an important role in ensuring our facilities continue to serve our exhibitors, visitors, and the youth of Union County.
