The Richwood Independent Fair is proud to bring back live music to the fair. New for 2021 the opening night country concert has been moved to the infield area of the fairgrounds. This move has been made to follow COVID-19 protocols and to ensure plenty of spacing for ticket holders to enjoy a great concert.
All seating will be general admission. Ticket holders will be able to enter and exit the infield to purchase food. Restrooms will be available in the concert area. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating for the concert. Concert is scheduled to be rain/shine, no refunds will be given.
Now that the dust has settled on the Night at the Races last night we’d like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support! We had an absolute blast raising vital funds for Harness Racing at the Richwood Fair. 🐎 We are thrilled to announce that we are off to a phenomenal start on our track lighting project after raising a staggering $12,716 at the event! This combined with the generous check from VFW Post 870 for $5,000 and VFW Post 870 Women’s Auxiliary for $500 we have now raised a remarkable $18,216 to kick-start the lights project this Spring. 💡
Special thanks to Chefs’ Parlour for a great meal, The Tipsy Chicks for their exceptional service, Keagan Nicol for running the auction and all of our dedicated volunteers who helped run the betting windows and the 50/50.
We were having too much fun to take pictures last night, go ahead and share yours in the comments! 📸 ... See MoreSee Less
